Keyboard Not Appearing on Phone

Problem: The barcode scanner is connected to the phone via Bluetooth, but the keyboard doesn’t pop up on the phone.

iOS System:

1. Once the scanner is paired with an iOS device via Bluetooth, you can double-click the scanner’s button (without scanning) to bring up the keyboard.
2. You can also scan a barcode to trigger the keyboard.

Android System:

1. When the scanner is paired with an Android device via Bluetooth, the keyboard should open by default when clicked.
2. If it doesn't pop up by default, go to the phone’s settings and enable the option to show the virtual keyboard while connected to a physical keyboard.
3. If the keyboard still won’t appear and there’s no such setting, you can install our "Netum Input Method" app to use the keyboard.
